This delicious collaboration between James Beard Recognized Executive Chef Eric Stumpf of Boxcar and Caravedo Pisco National Brand Ambassador Jared Sasso features pisco cocktails paired with a sumptuous brunch.

Nestled in the Ica Valley of Peru amidst the foothills of the Andes lies the oldest distillery in the Americas - Hacienda La Caravedo (est. 1684) Caravedo Pisco is dedicated to artisanal craftsmanship, environmental stewardship, and honoring centuries of Peruvian heritage. Guests will enjoy a guided pisco “taste-and-learn” with Jared.

Chef Eric has spent two decades crafting worldly flavors into dishes which delight diverse and demanding guests. His culinary creativity paired with the liquid traditions of South America make this brunch a unique dining experience in beautiful downtown Santa Fe.
